Aritaum Ginger Sugar Tinted Lip Balm #1 Flame Rose Review

hi everyone..!! i'm back with a new review..~~ lately i feel that my lips are dry and chapped everyday so i started to use lip balm and as you know, lip balm doesn't have any color on it, i have to double it with lipstick and that's too many works for me.. i admit it that i'm a lazy person, i don't bother do it at home before i go out, but if i have to do this when i'm hanging out with friends or doing other stuffs outside, nahhh... i don't have time and it's too complicated..!! 

and finally when i was searching on my favourite online shop Coccinelle Cosmetic , i found this item and decided to try it..~  

this product absolutely become one of my most favorite item right now..!! this is a must have product if you have dry lips but still want a color on it, let me introduce to you "Aritaum Ginger Sugar Tinted Lip Balm" i pick color #1 Flame Rose.. it's a red color but not that bright bold red, instead it's create a subtle soft red color, very pretty..!! 

Packaging

so as usual, we will start from the packaging, as you can see the packaging is a regular look of lip balm with the combination of red and black colors.. the selection of the font is suitable with light yellow color just like a ginger color irl.. i love the combinaton..!! and although Aritaum is a korean brand they use english on the product, giving a better understanding for others who don't read nor speak korean language.. nice..~ 

Product Description

although the product name is ginger sugar, but i can guarantee you that there's no smell of ginger nor sugar, i know some ppl isn't a fan of ginger.. and after i taste it, it taste like nothing, not sweet either.. it was all bland and i prefer the bland flavour than the sweet one to be honest.. hehe.. and as you can see from the picture below, it looks really red but later when i put it on it looks natural and pretty..~

Aritaum Ginger Sugar Tinted Lip Balm is available with 3 different shades Flame Rose, Lovely Pink, and Dreaming Coral.. here are the colors chart that i took from google search..

Directions

just use it like a regular lip balm on dry lips, you can build up the intensity of the color, but it won't become a bold color because this is a tinted lip balm, not a lipstick..

Pros and Cons

Pros :

- gliding smoothly on my lips

- very moist

- long lasting color unless you drink or eat or wet your lips too often

- pretty red color, it looks natural, great for daily look

- no smell nor taste

- affordable

Cons :

- can only buy it via online because there's no official shop or real life store that sell Aritaum product

- and if there's no stock, you have to wait it or join the PO which take a very long time

Conclusion

i rate this product : 10/10

i really do love Aritaum Ginger Sugar Tinted Lip Balm and will repurchase it after i empty mine.. hehe.. i use it everyday and the color makes my face looks fresh.. so yeah it's a must have product for me, no more dry chapped lips..~

~Chinese New Year Makeup Tutorial...~

hello everyone..!!! so chinese new year is a few days away.. i'm so excited since i'm chinese and celebrate this once in a year event..!!! it's a time where the whole family come and also eat dinner together.. and i already done all the tradition that i have to do before chinese new year, which are to put as much money as u can in your wallet, buy new clothes, cut your hair (u can cut it a little by urself), stack the fridge with lots of food, etc.. well, i don't really believe these things but it's a tradition and if it's mean good, why not do it?? i don't lose anything too..=D

so in this post, i will write a tutorial about chinese new year makeup look..!! well, this was a softer version from my party makeup (which i promise will make a tutorial for it). but since it's almost look the same (only using different eyeshadow colors) so i'm gonna join the tutorial together with this one.. hope u guys enjoy it..!!!

- first step of course as u guys know, cleansing -> toner -> eye cream -> moisturizer -> sun cream -> face primer -> bb cream..
i always do this thing first.. (check the past post for which products did i use)

before

- since i was in a hurry, so i already fill in my eyebrows first, go out to do my stuffs then go back home to continue this tutorial, so u might find that the picture is different than the old post because i already fill in my eyebrows.. (so sorry..>.<)

- now i'm trying my other technique which is apply eyeshadow and eyeliner first then foundation.. because when doing smokey eyes, the dark color eyeshadow such as dark brown or black falling down to the face and create a mess.. so in here, we can clean that up first than apply foundation.. it's easier i guess.. well for the eyeshadow, i'm using gold and dark brown colors from my Em Cosmetics Life palette : Night Life..
the colors i use are from look number 2 "first date",

~for the base, i'm mixing "b" and "c" colors, and apply on my whole eyelid..

~ then "e" and "f" for the outer corner..

~ for the inner cormer as usual, i use silver color "c" from look number 1 and for lower lash line, i'm using "e" from look number 2.. i also put on gel eyeliner on my waterline..

~ applying the eyeliner, i'm using liquid eyeliner from K-palette..

- ok, next on is apply the foundation, i'm using Revlon Colorstay Whipped creme makeup.. applying it with stippled brush for natural looking face.. don't forget to use concealer for dark area..

- since my face is drying out after i go back from Jakarta, i skipped the loose powder stuff.. directly use the face powder, in here i'm using Pore Putty BB mineral powder.. it says that this powder can reduce or make the pore appreance look smaller (smoother look) and it does a little bit.. so i love this product..!! apply it with big powder brush..

- now, put on some fake eyelashes, i'm using ginza decolog rich..

- the i countour my nose, put highlight on the nose bridge and eyebrow bone, then put on some blusher.. for countouring i'm using candy doll shading powder, and for highlight i use the lightest color from face powder..

- now for the lips, i'm gonna use red lipstick.. so first, apply foundation on the lips.. then use lipliner to line or draw your desire form for ur lips and fill it in with lip liner.. in here, i forgot to buy the red lip liner so i use what i have which is lip liner from MAC and the color is pink.. next, apply the red lipstick, i suggest to use a matte color because it's easier to use.. then top it off with lipgloss if u want to.. the products i use here are all from revlon, for lipstick is revlon colorstay ultimate suede #095 finale and for lipgloss revlon colorburst #018 fire feu.. use sponge or brush to clean the line around ur lips and u are done..!!
